ecoLife Organic Brown Rice quick-cooking is produced on rural farms in India. The premium, naturally aged brown rice is grown in the Punjab region in the foothills of the Himalayas, where authentic basmati rice is cultivated. The integrity of the grain is maintained through a hydration process in which the raw grain is gently scraped, steamed and rolled. This produces the same great texture, nutrition and flavor, but reduces the cooking time to just 12 minutes.
