Kingston and St. Catherine are served daily. Other parishes are served by scheduled islandwide delivery routes. Please use the schedule below as a guide when planning your order.
Delivery Slots & Scheduling
Virtual Mart offers next-day, scheduled route delivery, and express options depending on your location, order time, route schedule, and availability.
Daily Areas
Kingston, Portmore, Spanish Town, and selected St. Catherine areas are served more frequently, subject to order volume and availability.
Scheduled Parish Routes
Other parishes are served using our scheduled islandwide delivery routes. Customers should use the delivery schedule as a guide when planning orders.
Special Arrangements
Some remote locations, bulk orders, business orders, or locations outside our regular route may require special assessment before the final delivery arrangement is confirmed.
Order Cut-Off Time
To help us serve you better, please place your order as early as possible.
Order Before 3 PM
For daily delivery areas, orders placed before 3 PM are generally better positioned for next-day delivery, depending on route availability and order volume.
Busy Periods
Cut-off times may change during busy periods, holidays, month-end, or high-demand delivery days.
Route Planning
For out-of-town and scheduled parish routes, ordering early helps us plan sourcing, packing, and delivery more efficiently.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are based on your final destination, route availability, order size, and any special delivery requirements. The final delivery charge will be confirmed at checkout or after assessment where needed.
Kingston, Portmore & Spanish Town
Delivery charges are generally approximately JMD $1,500 for many areas in Kingston, Portmore, and Spanish Town.
Approx. JMD $1,500Out-of-Town Areas
Areas outside of Kingston and St. Andrew, along with remote areas of St. Catherine, are generally treated as out-of-town deliveries.
Approx. JMD $3,500Outside Regular Route
For places that are not on our regular route, an additional charge may apply after our team assesses the distance, route, delivery requirements, and available courier options.
